What to expect
A typical day with us
10:00 AM
Benvenuti! (welcome)
You arrive at our house. First things first: proper Italian espresso (made in the moka pot, obviously), then we’ll show you the recipes we’re making today.
10:30 AM
Time to get messy
We start with the pasta. I’ll show you how to make the dough using just flour and eggs—no machines, no fancy tools.
12:30 AM
Wine break!
While things are cooking, we sit with a glass of wine. This is the Italian way—cooking isn’t just about the food, it’s about being together.
13:00 AM
Let’s boil pasta
Everything comes together. We set the table—our actual family table where our kids grew up—and sit down to enjoy what we made. The pasta you rolled by hand.
How long?
Usually 4-5 hours, but honestly… Italian meals don’t have strict end times! If we’re having a great conversation, we keep going. No rush.
How many people?
Maximum 3 guests. Our kitchen isn’t huge, and we want to keep things intimate. You’re at our family table, not in a classroom!
